Did a complete reset of Windows 10 (did a complete wipe of my hard drive (took 6 hours)) Tried to restore Windows to a previous time (however it was unsuccessful) uninstalled and reinstalled the latest driver (the driver reinstalled successfully) I tried several things to rectify this issue:
